DS Dr. Sarah Mitchell
Executive Director & Founder
Dr. Sarah Mitchell founded MolGen International in 2006 after witnessing firsthand the devastating impact of untreated surgical conditions in underserved communities. With over 25 years of surgical experience, she has led more than 150 medical missions worldwide. Her vision of sustainable surgical care has transformed the organization into a leader in global health equity.
DJ Dr. James Okonkwo
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Okonkwo brings a unique perspective combining clinical expertise with public health policy. Born in Nigeria, he trained in both African and Western medical systems. He oversees all clinical programs and ensures the highest standards of patient care across all missions.

DM Dr. Maria Santos
Director of Surgical Training
Dr. Santos leads our surgical education initiatives, developing curricula and mentorship programs that build local surgical capacity. She has trained over 200 surgeons in low-resource settings and pioneered our telemedicine consultation program.
DF Dr. Fatima Al-Hassan
Pediatric Surgery Advisor
Dr. Al-Hassan specializes in pediatric surgical care and has been instrumental in developing our childrens health programs. She advises on best practices for treating congenital conditions in resource-limited settings.
